MANUSCRIPT DESIGN RULES

The manuscript is submitted to the editorial and publishing department (room A314) with the list of documents given below. Then is examined on the Editorial and publication board. Approved manuscripts enter the queue to be worked on.
Manuscripts are accepted in accordance with the approved MSLU Publication Plan for the current year.
We kindly ask the authors of educational books to submit manuscripts to the Editorial and publishing board at once with the documents necessary to gain the official approval (link). Without the approval, it cannot be published.

LICENCE AGREEMENT

LICENSE AGREEMENT (ONE AUTHOR)

LICENSE AGREEMENT (SEVERAL AUTHORS)

License agreements are concluded between authors of manuscripts approved for publishing by the Editorial and publishing board and the university. The license agreement grants the university a simple (non-exclusive) license to reproduce the manuscript in printed and electronic form (including on the Internet). See clause 2.3 of the agreement for details.

When submitting a manuscript to the editorial department, the author(s) should also bring two copies of the licence agreement printed and filled in by them in advance. After signing, the author(s) copy is kept until claimed. When signing the agreement in the editorial department, author(s) should have their passport with them, as passport details must be entered as well.

OPTIONS TO CHOOSE
  1. Author's version / with editing. The responsibility for the quality of the contents remains with the author. An edition with editing passes through the editorial group, which requires a little more time, but allows proofreading the text and making it even better, checking intra-book references and the overall structure of the edition.
  2. Paper / electronic edition. The author can express the wish to publish the book in paper-only, electronic-only version, or both. By default, all editions are recommended by the Editorial and publishing board to be placed in the MSLU Digital Library as well (link).
